Testing if Happy Call is able to bake a pandan chiffon.
I am using grapeseed oil and prima mix.
One mix is sufficient for 2 chiffon
Almost burn as i forgot to flip over, lucky The husband's nose was sharp.
Taste excellent, The Husband loves it, will do it again!

Hi, I am your reader of your blog. Your blog is very addictive because i get many informations from reading it. Thank you so much for creating a very nice blog. I have seen your previous post when you bought your Happy Call. Is Bestgmall reliable? I also see you recent post that you use your Happy Call to fry your Sanma fish. I am not very good in cooking and i only do simple stir-fry food with my normal wok, i sometimes avoid cooking due to laziness to wipe the greasy cabinet/wall after all my cooking done. May I ask you how is your cooking with your Sanma fish, do the hot oil splatter everywhere? Will those laundry on our indoor bamboo have oil-smoke smell if we do the cooking with Happy Call near to our laundry? My laundry bamboo are very close distance with my hood, hence i am keen to know more about Happy Call so that my cooking can be more easy. Thank you in advance for your reply.
Bestgmaill was recommended by my friends and the happycall close group on fb. They have a lot of recipes, you should totally add them.

Personally I don't like to eat fish, seldom cook fish, so my skill in cooking fish is still quite horrendous haha. I did something wrong, after asking around, i realized that happily seal the lid without opening it to air every once in a while and that result in those access water. I should do that so the fish will turn out more crispy. Will work on that.
Not totally smoke free but i find it easier to cook with. Not much oil will splatter ard as compared to normal wok. My suggestion is to get the slightly deeper one, the normal one i got will still get some splatter around the hob if you do frying. Also take note of the weight, deeper and bigger happycall means heavier.
I am no expert in the pan, you should join the happycall group. Those working mama inside can give you excellent advice and tips :)
because i only have grape seed oil and extra virgin olive oil at home, any vegetable oil will do.
Oh i found out a better recipes today, look at the ink below. I followed their timing and it turn out great. Follow their steps, you will do great. Only tips i want to add on is, when you flip over the pan, do ensure you shake the pan left right up down a little to ensure the cake is not stuck onto the top of the pan. I didnt ensure that today so my cake was a little burn on one site.
